Dr Ship Tutoring and Consulting will assist you every step of the way. Dr Ship has more than 20 years of academic experience that took her from Singapore to the UK and Belgium. Dr Ship obtained her Ph.D. at the University of Southampton, UK and for her Ph.D. study, she received two scholarships that financed her study. The scholarships were the Overseas Research Studentships (ORS) and the University of Southampton studentship awards.
Since she had successfully received these awards, she understands the application process itself as she had gone through it all. From her teaching career at the National University of Singapore (NUS), she has a vast knowledge of the university application process. During her time at NUS, she personally mentored many students from different backgrounds and nationalities. As well as from her teaching experience at one of the top IB schools in Singapore, she had given many high school students advice on their career choices and the courses offered at universities that suits their interests.
We offer a one-year assistance package or a two-year assistance package (up to a maximum of 4 university applications). Below is an overview of the steps involved, but it is not an exhaustive list. We will go through these steps with you:

Essay support or writing a personal statement is one of the important components of the application. We will help you with essay ideas and help to highlight your unique strengths in your report. We will guide your writing style, review and provide you with constructive feedback.

If an interview is required as part of the application process, we will provide guidelines, tips, and feedback to ensure a confident and successful interview experience.

Once you received an outcome from the applications, we will assist you to choose wisely based on the course, location, culture, finances, and more.
